Don't know what happened but my combined shipping isn't working.

What should I double check to see if it is working?

And...at what point during checkout should someone see the combined shipping discount?

Hello Annette,

Are you not finding these items in your combinable items area, or what makes it look as though it is not working correctly? Any examples you have we would be happy to check into further for you.

The discount would be taken during the actual checkout process, when they go to confirm the order it will show the discount being given in the total.
