Over a week ago, I received a payment from a buyer after I filed for the FVC. When I went into eBay to reverse the warning I received a message that it had not been filed. The same thing happened today on Item # 3664508394. The first item was # 3900755007. Both auctions in my sales manager show that it was sent.

Please look into this.

Thanks
Debbie

Has Ebay even received the email? What did they tell you was holding up the FVC request?
Best Regards,

Hi Darin

On both the auctions, I went into eBay to file for a Non-Paying Bidder Warning Removal. I got this message:

No warning has been filed on this item

You have not filed a Final Value Fee Credit Request for this listing. You must file a Final Value Fee Credit Request before you may request a warning removal.

Thanks
Debbie

Hello,

Did you file your request through Post Sale? Please let us know what you selected as your reason, and we will look into this.

Hi Sonya

I filed both through Post Sale. Not on the individual auction page but from the Post Sale page. I filed each separately, not together. The reason I chose was Buyer never sent payment. I'm not sure if that is the exact wording.

Hello,

Thank you for the information. I will forward this to engineering. In the meantime, you may need to file this on eBay.

Regards,

Sonya

Sonya

I don't think I need to do that. I was trying to remove them when I found that they weren't filed in the first place.
