My customer tried checking out several times and received this message. She is a repeat customer and has used the service fine in the past. Can you tell me what this means?
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /var/www/lib/php/fast/clientrequest_online.inc on line 144
Was she using the Checkout button in your listing, or a link from a WBN? Which item number is this? I have not been able to replicate this error so we will need to look into this further.

She was using the WBN I sent her. It happened to her twice, so I just told her to pay via PayPal without going through the WBN.
Thank you for the information. I see that it is a long order and your customer is on AOL -- what happened most likely is her browser timed out when loading the order. If she's using an accelerator on her AOL, or running dialup, that could have caused the problem.
