Alright, I signed up for the Customer Manager trial and I'm going through the directions provided to help automate the process of handling mail. I ran into one seemingly contradictory instruction. In instruction four (on the customer manager page), it says "Set Your Vendio Email Address to Integrate Sales Manager Post Sale with Customer Manager." When clicked, it pops up a smaller window with a series of three instructions. The first one says "Click here to open your Personal Information page." When I do, it says "Warning: Do not enter your Post-Sale Acceleration email address as your default email address. This will create a circular reference, and you will no longer receive communications properly." I may be misunderstanings what this says, but I am trying to integrate with post sales management, then when I get there, it says not too. What's the deal with this?
You can enter your Vendio.com email address as your primary email address, but you will need to enter in an alternate email address. This is so that we can get a hold of you other than your Vendio.com email address. I will review those instructions you found as they might need to be reworded.
