I have several of my PayPal customers not paying shipping charges. I am going to guess that is because I am not using the "eBay Checkout Redirect" feature and they are checking out through eBay.
My problem and question is; I have just switch from another 3rd party service and I still have about 100 items in my eBay store which was launched through that service.
If I go and use the "eBay Checkout Redirect" what happens if one of those items sells? Will they be redirected to Vendio where the item does not exist in my inventory?
Should I import my store items into my Vendio on-line inventory and then turn on the "eBay Checkout Redirect"?
Some of these items have another 60 days to go before they come out of my ebay store. I sure don't want to be losing shipping charges for the next 60 days.
I apologize for the delay in my response. Unfortunately, those items that were already existing in your eBay store will not contain the Checkout Redirect from Vendio. What I would recommend is putting shipping options for those items directly in eBay. This way you will not miss out on shipping for your store items that were created elsewhere.
