If you go to the live auction and see all the way to the bottom it says shipping is FREE. I certainly included a shipping amount in SALES PRO MANAGER
In this case, you have elected to turn on eBay's checkout and not fill in a shipping and handling option for this item. That is why it says 'Free'. If you are going to enable eBay and Vendio Checkouts, you must enter in a shipping price for both checkouts and not just one.
With all due respect, you have mentioned turning on both eBay and Vendio checkouts a number of times, but have not indicated how it is that one doesn't do this?
I have no intention of having buyers bypass Vendio checkout. I have selected Redirect, but that apparently won't change any live auctions. However, I've had a number of "FREE" shipping listed for eBay, even though I had no intention of providing that.
Can you please clearly state how eBay checkouts can be disabled?
Since you have checkout redirect turned on, to solve problems with your current listings you'll need to edit them one by one on eBay and turn off the eBay Checkout. When you log into eBay and click one of your listings you should see the revise link.
The 'FREE' shipping issue you are experiencing appears to be related to the way eBay is now interpreting blank fields. Until we can adjust our system to accommodate this change, we would recommend either:
1. Selecting the "I am -not- specifying eBay Shipping and Payment Details" option.
2. Entering a value in the shipping fields under the "I am specifying eBay Shipping and Payment Details" option.
Please note the shipping fields you need to look at are in the eBay Shipping and Payment Details section of the listing form, NOT the Vendio Checkout and Post Sale Management section. If you are listing offline in Sales Manager Pro, this section can be accessed by clicking the Payment Instructions & Details button on the eBay Site Information tab.
If you have active listings that launched and are reflecting "FREE" in the shipping/handling details, please revise the listings as you should be able to correct this if there are no bids.

Charlotts,
I had the same problem with "free shipping" & noting how long it takes eBay to update error items I found an easy way to fix thru Vendio.
I use the Sales Manager Pro & with no standard shipping cost since each item is determined by weight, I simply checked the last box on 1st page (Basic Info, Winning Bid Notification) & specific either "Buyer Pays - See Description" or "To be Determined". Then my winning bid notify email states that "Once I receive their mailing address, I will finalize shipping, handling, insurance cost" etc.
Hope this helps & has made my life much easier with no guessing. I also try to pre determine shipping so buyers will have some idea & usually list an estimate of what cost will be.
Hopefully I haven't rambled too much & haven't touched on what you already do.
