I could swear I saw a checkbox that when checked prevents buyers from modifying the amount paid. Last night I had an auction close and when the buyer paid me this evening, he undercut my shipping by two dollars. What happened here?

Hello,

The box you are referring to pertains to eBay Checkout and not to Vendio Checkout. Vendio Checkout does not allow buyers to edit the shipping total upon checkout. You will need to make sure that you have set up the proper shipping for your items to avoid being shorted upon checkout.

Regards,

Sonya

When I go into Sales Manager, and click on the post-sale numbers to show the progress of the order, it shows the buyer still owes $2.00 in red. Every other purchase I have had has gone through flawlessly. I don't know what happened.
