Ok I know it's my third thread, but it appears that you normally answer one question and never come back to check. This is a real problem.
This is what is happening
1- I Create a listing with Sales Manager Pro, and include shipping amount.
2- I Upload the listing to VENDIO, it goes to the "pending" items
3- The listing launches
4- The listing appears in EBAY as if there is no shipping, and not only that, now it says shipping is FREE!!
5- If I start having to pay for shipping out of my pocket, who's going to reimburse me? Vendio?
6- Are you planning to fix this NOW or should I go ahead and cancel my account NOW?
It was suggested that I go back and check my active listings, have you noticed that I have over 100 active listings? How long am I supposed to spend checking each one. Do understand this is not my fault, I have everything checked that is supposed to be checked.
My last item that launched a few minutes ago is in this situation, I have checked everything, this problem is on your side!

Hello Charlotts,
I have just answered your other post from yesterday. It appears that you are listing items with both eBay Checkout and Vendio Checkout turned on, but you are only filling out the shipping and handling for one or the other Checkout and leaving the other one blank or at $0.00. Some cases you have left Vendio Checkout shipping and handling at 0. Other cases you have left ebay Checkout at 0. When you list from Pro, if you plan to offer both checkouts as an option then you must fill out the shipping for both checkouts. Vendio Checkout options are on the first tab to the right of item description and image selection. eBay's Checkout is the Payment Details and Instructions button found on the 2nd tab, which is the eBay Site Information tab.
If you notice that it says Free in green, that means you either need to turn off eBay Checkout for that item or edit that listing on eBay to include shipping. If you notice that within the listing, the Shipping and Handling bar in your item description says $0.00 USPS xxx then you need to use the method I outlined for you yesterday to add in shipping for Vendio Checkout.
Jackswebb -- if you are listing right on eBay and you are getting the green 'Free' then you too are not filling out the shipping and handling for eBay Checkout. You will need to revise these items directly on eBay in order to fix this.

The ONLY way you can get FREE off of your current auctions is to Revise your un bid on auctions and enter a DOLLAR amount in the shipping cost box. I entered $1.00 and poof FREE was gone. I revesed and there was FREE again. Thank good this particicular auction is in fact a FREE shipping auction.

Jack
I figured out the check mark that needs to be there. Unfortunately I also figured out there is nothing you can do to the ones with bids.
I had to go into each item and add to the description, in big red font, saying that shipping is NOT free.
Still those haven't ended, lets see how my customers react to this.
