There was some latency earlier in the day that has most likely caused your WBNs to go out later than usual. You shouldn't have any more trouble now with your WBNs going out.

Now 9:45PM on the East Coast and my 9:30 ending auctions still have not gone out nor have my relists gone up so there still is some latency.

I've noticed over the last few days that my WBNs are also taking upwards of 20 mins to half hour. All of mine last night took that long.
I don't have to send manually because they eventually go, but why the lag time??

Hi Iceicepenguin,
You have Checkout Redirect enabled, so there is an automatic 30 minute delay for the auto WBN going out. The reason for the delay is to give your customers a chance to go through checkout. If 30 minutes has passed and they haven't checked out, the WBN will go out.

They have 30 minutes to go through check out using EBAY check out or VENDIO checkout?
I'm not getting this, so if I have it checked WBNs don't go out right away?
The purpose of having it checked is to "force" customers to use VENDIO, is it not? Then why are we not promoting VENDIO's check out with the WBNs?

Thanks, Sonya.
Afterwards, I thought that might be the reason.
Just curious, if they go back to the auction page after the WBN goes are they still redirected to Vendio?
I like this new improvement. Customers seem to have less problems with it. I guess they feel more secure with the checkout since it appears to go "through" Ebay first.
Also would like to say that the gallery option is wonderful. I am definitely seeing an uptic in visits to my store. This last month I've had more sales in my Ebay store than ever before.
Hopefully, this will increase each month as my customers use it to its full advantage.
I was a doubter, but now I am a definite advocate. The gallery combined with the new Ebay search including stores is a win, win!
Kudos! Once again you guys have outdone my expectations. Thanks!

Hi Charlotts,
The 30 minute delay is so customers can go through Vendio Checkout by way of Checkout Redirect through eBay. Basically when the listing ends, they can click on the Pay Now button which will redirect them to Vendio Checkout. If they complete that then the WBN doesn't go out. However, say they don't do anything after the item ends, after 30 minutes they will get a WBN that will link them to Vendio Checkout -- the same Vendio Checkout they would get provided they went through the Pay Now button. I hope this makes sense, let me know if you need some additional explaining.
Gerri -- thank you very much for your comments! It is much appreciated. If customers get the WBN then go back to the listing and go through Pay Now, they should still be redirected to Vendio Checkout.

Oh I see!!
Ok it does make sense as long as it doesn't take them to eBay check out. Or forces them to go on their own to ebay checkout.
Everytime someone skips Vendio checkout they don't pay shipping.
It's quite frustrating!
