When I transferred from using eBay's services to Vendio's, we created our own template here, which is awesome. HOWEVER, when we relist an item, and change the template to reflect our new Vendio template, while it previews that the new template is being used, it ALSO, when it actually goes live, is bordered by the old template, which looks TERRIBLE!!! Is there any way to get rid of the old template around the new one?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have found the imported items have the HTML for the old template in the "item description" box in Vendio. You have to edit out the template HTML so that just the item description remains - then you will get a Vendio template like you do when you list new items.
