Hi,
The box that turns blue when a customer leaves feedback at eBay seemd to be not turning blue anymore. For example: Please check my ORDER 672116432. This customer left FB on 5-15 as you can see in my eBay FB History, yet the PSM box isn't blue. How long does it take to turn blue after they leave FB? This is a bit too long, I'd say!
Please advise.

I am not positive, but it's possible that it's not automatically checking off because it's in an order. Let me check on this and get back to you.

Hi Sonya,
"Orders" (multiple item customers) have always become checked when they left FB, so that isn't the probl;em. It's gotta be something else.
