I have tried to get answers to my questions regarding A trial membership. I have gotten no response from this company.

I uploaded my database to eBay store through your service and all of my items were uploaded. Items with a quanity of "1" and items with quantity of "0"

So I have been deleting items one at a time through eBay. I only have 100 left. Also informing customers that the items that they bought were unavailable. Just waiting for the negative feedback to start.

Cancel my account.

Hello,

In order to cancel your account you must submit a request to [email protected] from the email address your account is registered under. I am assuming you uploaded through Pro -- when you upload through Pro, the only way to get items into your online inventory without launching them is to set them up as Vendio Store items and put the Quantity in Store to zero.

Regards,

Sonya

And how is a new user suppose to know this?

And why did no one respond to my two requests for help using your "contact system"?

Dear Philip,

Please click the flashing orange tab in your account. You will find a response to your question in the Inbox.

Also, what email address did you use when you wrote about the trial? We do not find any emails from your registered email address in our customer service queue.

Thanks,

Diana

Finally after 3 days someone attempts to answer a question. Although the answer is total Greek to me it is an attempt.

Number one - I am tired of being told it is my fault that your product and your product instructions and your support does not perform as advertised.

All I did was attempt to use your system -following what instructions are available.

I have a bigger mess to clean up.......175 sold books back up for sell.

Number two - Your product is too strange for me with too many weak spots for novice errors.

Thanks for the attempt.

Hi there,

I am sorry that you had this trouble. Customer support is available for you if you are not sure how something works - we are more than happy to help you in setting up and using our services.

For the case that you mentioned, it is probably best to use Pro to store your listings and only upload those items that you want to list. There are only two options when uploading eBay items from Pro - "launch now" or "schedule" (unless you're uploading a Vendio Store item.) I'm not sure why your eBay Store items would launch with qty. zero entered however - I'll have to check into that and get back to you.

May I ask - did you upload your entire inventory so that you would be able to use the round-trip inventory feature online, or was there another reason?

Thanks,

Diana
