Hello ~
I am fairly new to the Vendio services and want to eMail a single letter to all my customers. Is there a way to do that from the Vendio system? I am currently only using the Sales Manager.
Second question - Can anyone at Vendio help me decide if there is a better plan for me to be on at Vendio? It appears that I am paying an exorbitant amount and I have questions regarding what I'm actually being billed for by using the Sales Mgr & Image Hosting. Can I eMail someone directly at Vendio? Thanks so much!
In Sales Manager, to the left hand side, is a link called 'Customers' which will take you to our basic customer tool. You can do a mailing list from there, however depending on how many people you want to email, you may not be able to do them all on one list. If you find you want to email a lot of people frequently and want to be able to do them all on one list, you might want to consider signing up for Customer Manager as it is a more robust and advanced tool with way more options.
Regarding plans -- I will send you an email to collect information, and we can work out what will be the most cost effective plan for you and your needs.
