How long do I have to apply for a credit with vendio?

Hello,

They can take up to three weeks, but usually they are applied sooner. An email will be sent to you, notifying you approval or denial of the credit.

Hello,

I'm sorry, I misunderstood. There isn't a time limit, statements are available for 2 years back so you could file a credit for an item that is 2 years old, as long as it's on the statement (since you need the reference ID number).
