Hi. I am a Vendio User under another eBay name so I am familiar with how Vendio works. I just opened this new account for foundart and tried downloading some images. All the images are blank. Can you tell me what the problem is? Many thanks.
Did you try to get these from another account? If so, were you able to view them there? The 'image not available' message means that an image has been deleted from our system, due to not having been refreshed during your set image deletion period.

No, the images did not come from another site. They came straight from my computer like I normally do with Vendio images. I just opened this account and set everything up today. All looks fine except this glitch with images. I even tried to load the photos into my other Vendio account and they worked there. What needs to be done?
If they worked in your other account, then go ahead and delete all the 'image unavaialble' gifs from your image hosting tab. Then, reupload them all. When you upload the new image files they will appear correctly in your image list. Note, however, that there may be a one to two hour delay in the updated images appearing in your listings. The 'image unavailable' gif will continue to be displayed until the update occurs.

I deleted them and reuploaded them. I am confused though. The images are still not showing up. Why is there a 2 hour delay for an update? Update from what? I never had this problem when I started my other Vendio account. The images immediately came up and were viewable. I want to post some items this evening and want this problem resolved before then. Is there a setting somewhere that is causing this?

Hello there - I think we located the problem. You must have reenabled this account and the block on image hosting was not removed. Your images should appear shortly, and we're sorry for the inconvenience.
Please let us know if you continue to have trouble.
