Here's the scenario: I now offer free shipping for items over $30.00 (and my customers can combine items to reach that $30.00). Obviously, this will be on an individual basis. How do I change the checkout so that the customer isn't charged for shipping?
Also, is there a way to turn off the reminder e-mails for just one customer? I know I can turn them off completely, but I don't want to do that. Some of my customers find it annoying to receive the reminders if they have already notified me that they will be combining auctions. I'd like to be able to turn them off for those individual customers.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but we don't offer anyway to configure shipping discounts by price automatically. You will actually have to edit the the checkout from post sale in order to apply the shipping discounts to your buyer's checkout.
Also, we don't have a way to singly turn off wbn reminders. You might want to lengthen the number of days that you allow before the reminder goes out. Also, you might want to say something in the reminder that if your buyer's have contacted you about multiple purchases to simply ignore this automatic message.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
