I forgot to change my eBay password with Vendio when i changed it on eBay. So the auctions scheduled for launch Thursday had an error. Fair enough, my bad. I fixed the problem, and then re-scheduled them to launch last night with the ones I had prepared for last night.

Imagine my horror this morning when I found those auctions and the ones scheduled for Friday originally did not launch because apparently the password again.

I have now corrected and put in the new password on my account. Can someone please make sure these auctions do launch tomorrow night and Monday? I have lost 3 days of sales now! One was my fault but the other 2 are Vendio's fault, it's a huge loss of income for me!!!!

Please confirm by email that the password is now correct and will remained saved. I was able to launch store items just fine yesterday but between that time and last night something went wrong on vendio's side.

Hey there,

Sorry to hear about the troubles. I logged into your account. Your account information appears valid. However, I would suggest scheduling one test auction in order to ensure this doesn't happen again. There is a test auction category 14111.

If it launches then you can rest assured all your others will too.

I was able to launch all the store items, so that was the same as a test.

But then I was also able to launch store items yesterday and it was fine too.

Then something happened between the time I rescheduled the auctions and launched the store ones, and the evening, when the auctions were to launch.

I can't see what the problem was. I followed the error link and re-set to our new password.

I am in Europe right now and with the time difference, it's impossible for me to be awake when the auctions launch, so this is going to be a problem.

I did what I was supposed to, why did the system mess it up and why did those auctions not launch when I had corrected the password yesterday? That is the question you have not answered. I want to be assured that the auctions that are currently scheduled actually get launched and on time, tomorrow and Monday. We have lost 3 days already, that's more than enough,

Please confirm these auctions WILL launch.

Hey there,

I really can't say why those items didn't launch it doesn't make much sense to me either and that is why I asked you test an auction and not a store item since that seems to be the only difference from what you describe. Could you please schedule a test auction and that way we will know for sure that they will launch?
