I am having a couple of problems. First, for the past 3 or 4 weeks, my GTC isn't working. It cancels after 30 days even though I have it set for GTC. How can I correct this problem?
Also, this image problem is really kooky. I thought I was losing it until I realized that it wasn't me! I deleted out some old pictures from my image files. Then I uploaded some new pictures using the same imaging name as the pictures I had deleted. When I went to upload the new pictures, the old pictures were what showed up! I had to go back and manually rename all of my pictures so that I could upload them. How in the world did that happen? It wasn't just with one or two either. I had 20-25 that I tried this with. Can this be corrected in the future?

I believe the GTC's are only good for 30 days. They then close and get relisted. I'm not sure the exact functionality on this but I believe that to be correct.
On the image naming problem, that has happened before. The reason is because when you delete the images they aren't deleted instantly. They are still floating around on our servers and so when you use that name again, our servers poplulate the original picture.
To get around this, you'll have to wait for our servers to fully erase the pictures or just rename them before you do the upload.
Best Regards,

Darin ... Ok, I do understand about the image problem. BUT ...
GTC = GOOD TIL CANCELLED. Which means that it keeps relisting until it's either purchased or I cancel it. Why are my items, despite selecting GTC, ending after 30 days if it has neither been purchased nor ended by me?
If you've set the GTC option when you launch, but the listings are being cancelled after 30 days, the problem could be that the infomation is not being sent properly through their API, or the issue is a problem on eBay's side.
Please provide an item number for a listing that was affected by this so that we can take a look.

I'm sorry ... I found the mistake with the GTC and corrected it. It seems to be on my older auctions that I'm relisting. Thank you for your help.
