Ebay is blaming Vendio. I know it's not Vendio's fault, but how do I get this corrected? Since ebay switched over to the new Ebay 2.0, I haven't been able to combine invoices directly from My Ebay page clicking on send an invoice. I used to be able to do it prior to the switchover. The first time I contact ebay live, they said that they fixed it. They didn't. I just got off of ebay live again, and they are saying that because I created the listing through Vendio, I can only do this through Vendio, which I believe is total hogwash. I couldn't get the rep to explain why I could do it before, but can't do it now. She keeps blaming Vendio. Is there any what that this could be Vendio's problem to solve? I don't think so, but I just want to check.
I had a thought ... Could the checkout redirect be causing this problem? I didn't have it on until recently (about the same time that the new ebay 2.0 went into place).
Thanks.
Diane

Yes, I can combine my items through Vendio. I just wanted to ascertain that it isn't Vendio's fault in any way. Thanks.
It certainly sounds like this problem would be on eBay's side, but can you tell us what happens when you try to combine your invoices from My eBay? Do you get an error of some sort?
No. There isn't any error message. When I would go to invoice a bidder that has won multiple auctions, it is only showing the one auction and not ALL of the auctions on the invoice. I would have to invoice individually or go into paypal and invoice directly from paypal. I did go into live ebay help again last night (after being thoroughly aggravated the the CSR yesterday morning), and ebay acknowledged that the mistake is on their end and they will work on it to correct it. We shall see ...
