When you are on the edit screen for the eBay Auction, you will see a format choice for eBay Stores. If you select that, it will list it as an eBay store item. Further down the page you can choose your store duration, and the store category to place it under (you can import your set eBay Store categories in My Account > eBay Site Specifics).
