after i or the customer has made an order it is imposible to request a npb alert through vendio

Hello,

You can request an NPBA on ebay but you have to uncombine the order first. To uncombine an order, click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order".

Then, you can send out your NPBA.
