I found about 9 relists on our ebay auctions that I am 99.9% sure *I* did not schedule to "relist"!!! ... and i have never used my vendio service option EVER for 'auto relists' .... how can i find out if this is how that happened???
The best way is to locate the original and see if you had auto relist turned on. If you have trouble figuring it out, please let us know the item number -- I'll see if we can figure it out for you.
