If you are getting 60% non paying buyers I'm afraid you must be doing something wrong. Vendio was just being polite in their answer. I have been using vendio for over three years, have shipped probably over 4000 items and had maybe 10 non payers in that whole time frame. And my items are in the higher price range. Check out your listings carefully. The percentage you are getting is way out of whack. Good luck.

Actually it was a good point, I ve been selling on ebay for 3 years and never had so many non paying biders before I switched to Vendio , maybe thats because they are too lazy to type all the checkout info oh im doing something wrong, dunno, anyways Vendio saves me lots of time and its easy to apply for ebay refund...

It may be easy to apply for an eBay refund....but, IMHO, Vendio makes you jump through hoops to get a Vendio refund for an eBay non sell.
First you have to find the auction in your eBay account. Then you have to go to your Vendio account and match the eBay auction # up to the Vendio listing number. (2 windows open so far). Then you have to FIND the link for the Vendio refund request (3 windows) Back to eBay to copy/paste the credit that eBay gave you into the refund request Vendio window.
Come on Vendio....isn't there a more streamlined way to get a credit????
