Unfortunately, the Custom Template section is not set up to store your own HTML. You may use it by going to inventory, creating a new item and storing the HTML in the item description area, and saving the item as a profile. When you start a new listing from Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to apply the Profile to the item (which will apply your HTML). When you get to the choose template section, just apply the blank template.
Please note by doing this, you'll have to insert HTML for your image URLs within the item description box, in the area where you want the images.
