Hi Can anyone at vendio explain why every couple of months my Post Sale Management options revert back to a default setting. I have not changed a thing yet i have default messages going out This is not the first time this has happened. Also any answer on why i cannot bulk list more than 9 items at a time using sales manager if I list more than nine the page times out and the auctions are double listed any help on either of these 2 issues is greatly appreciated

Hello,

What is the default setting it reverts back to -- the messages you have set up for Checkout and WBNs, or something else? Please elaborate more, so we can look into this further.

Regarding the bulk list issue -- this is usually an issue with your ISP communication to our servers. If too much is being sent at one time for it to handle, then it may time out. If you are on dialup we recommend you try using a different access number.

Hi Sonya, Thanks for answering the WBN reverts back to a default setting i have had a lot of email asking for a total on shipping which i had set up to give the item totals and shipping totals in the WBN now it is gone.

about the time outs I am on a cable hook up and have a average ping rate of 83ms to your site. no problems anywhere elase on the site until i list over 9 auctions at once this has been going on for months more like since early last summer I have asked numerous times but never received an answer on why this happens PLEASE HELP!!!! it drives me crazy and you guys are losing money because the faster i can list the more money you guys will generate more (bump that up to the big cheese) maybe they can help too!

We are currently looking into the issue about your post sale messages reverting back to defaults. As soon as I have more information for you, I will let you know.

Regarding time outs I will send you an email shortly with some suggestions to try. It's rather long to post in here so email would be best for this.
