WHy is it that some images end with .jpg and others with .JPG???? I need to upload a photo in to replace a photo that ended with JPG but each time i do try to upload the picture it ends up being a jpg ending. So since the end isn't exactly the same as the original picture html writing the new picture will not show up. I need it to upload exactly the same as it is in my html writing. Please help!!
I am very very frustrated!

Sarah, I don't think there is a difference. Seems like the system is resisting overwriting a pic with one of the same name. Is there anyway to get rid of the old pic before you attempt to replace it?

Trying to help, so if I'm an idiot at least I tried. Good luck.

Hi Sarah,

It's a computer setting -- unfortunately I can't remember where to change it, but there is a setting on your computer where you can name extensions in capitals.

What you can do is go to Folder Options (should be in your Control Panel in Appearance settings, if you are using XP) and click on View. Deselect the option to hide extensions for file types -- this should allow the .jpg to show up at the end of your file. If you rightclick that, and make it capital, then upload it, you should be fine. Don't forget to delete the wrong image from your Vendio account first.

Regards,

Sonya
