Since I'm relatively new to this, I thought I'd ask about 2 things I've been trying to do but haven't been able to find in the help or faq. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.
1. Is there any way to have a copy of the Payment Received message automatically sent to me as well as the customer? I have it set to go automatically, but I just need a warm fuzzy that this message is being sent so I'd like a copy (at least until I'm more confident with this tool).
2. I'm using a template for my listings as well as the counter and gallery on the bottom. Is there any way to reduce or not have SO MUCH Vendio advertising in my listings? When my customers scroll down, there is so much advertising there, it takes up most of a screen. 2 logos, 5 lines of text, and several blank lines in between - Yikes! I don't mind a little bit, but this is ridiculous! I know I can go revise my listing on eBay and get rid of it, but that's way too tedious!
Unfortunately, the payment received message does not have a CC option but I will log a suggestion on your behalf for this to be made available. They consistently go out when the option is selected.
Regarding inquiry #2, the credit texts are inserted automatically. I will forward your feedback on to Product Development.
