More than 75% of my post sales come back with postage due on them when the customer has paid it. I have to uncheck the payment received box, then select edit and go into this screen and just press accept to correct this - but what am I doing wrong that I have to do this each time? I list the postage in my listings in both appropriate places. I just have a few that come through OK.......Thanks in advance, mtfreg

Do you have any item numbers you can provide us with where this has occurred? We can check into this further with some examples.
