More than 75% of my post sales come back with postage due on them when the customer has paid it. I have to uncheck the payment received box, then select edit and go into this screen and just press accept to correct this - but what am I doing wrong that I have to do this each time? I list the postage in my listings in both appropriate places. I just have a few that come through OK.......Thanks in advance, mtfreg
