Is there a way to see our archive listings without seeing the Excel program? I like to archive my listings once someone has paid so I don't have so much of a bulk. But when I have to check on something in the archive, it is very confusing - isn't there a way to bring back the listing so that you could see what was entered in Vendio? Thanks, mtfreg

Hello,

Archived items are available for restore for a couple weeks after you archive them. If it has been less than that, you should be able to find it there. If not, you can always try using Track Other Listings to bring it back into your account using the ID number. This should work up to the point where eBay purges their database. If you suspect you might need to check an item later, we recommend that you don't archive it until you are sure.

Regards,

Sonya
