I am new to Vendio and I am having a very frustrating time with my photos. The first time I downed loaded my photos I was able to super-size them. My photos were too big so I scaled them down. Currently I have them around 250PX(W)x 333PX (H) give or take. I have 6 photos that are 30k or less for each photo. Now my photos will NOT super-size. What am I doing wrong? I have tried everything to get these photos to super-size.

If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it!

Hello,

Please be aware that automatic resizing will -only- be activated if an image is over 250 pixels wide. If your image is 250 pixels wide or smaller, there will be no "click to view larger version" option on your auction listing. Since your image is 250 pixels wide, it's not appearing with the 'click to enlarge' option.

You can have a file size that is low without having to resize the actual size of your image. We recommend you check with your graphics program on how to do that so you can have your images appearing the way you want them to appear.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Sonya

Thanks for you help however when I re-size my photos to a larger width ( 350 to 375) and load them I still can not get them to super-size. I am using Photo Elements to to re-size my photos.

What turns on the super-size feature? Having "Automatically scale down large images for faster download and cleaner presentation" checked or un-checked.

I like all of the features Vendio has to offer. If I can only get the super-size fetaure to work!

Thanks for your help

Janet

Hi Janet,

Checking it will activate the feature. If you have images attached to auctions in pending already, you will need to detach those -- then re-attach them -- and they will then appear with the 'click to enlarge' feature. You can use the eBay Preview to view how they'd look at an auction.

Let me know if you have any problems with this.

Regards,

Sonya
