This is the second or third time items in one order have not been combined automatically. I have had to go to the "combinable" items done it manually. I can remember this happening automatically in the past, what is wrong?
Your preferences for auto-combine eligibility are set for 30 days after the item has ended. These items ended on June 18, but according to the post sale activity, they weren't finished and paid for until today (unless you've unchecked those steps to view activity and rechecked them -- in this case, please let us know when your buyer paid for both items). If these items were checked out and paid for after the 30 day time period, the buyer would not be able to combine them. They would need to be combined by you at that point.
