Please tell me why in this checkout it added TAX when I only have it selected to add it to TEXAS residents, this customer is in FLORIDA.
It appears in this case your buyer has ignored your directions and manually inserted this tax % into the checkout form.
Your directions seem to be pretty clear, but you may want to add a note saying that buyers outside of Texas should *not* add any tax into the above field.
