I have had complaints that dialup customers cannot view the zoom stream pictures and I have already erased them off my computer. Is there a way to change the zoom stream on vendio and add a regular picture to my listing?

You can hit the Image Hosting tab in blue at the top of the screen to get to your Image Hosting section. From here, you can click on the Zoomstream or Standard links on the left side of the screen.

You can delete and upload accordingly in the proper sections.

Hello,

For any active listings you would have to edit them on eBay and remove the HTML for Zoomstream images, and put in the HTML for your standard images. If you have any trouble with this please let us know.

Can you tell me how to do that?
Should I use the customer service email button maybe?

Hello,

When you need to edit on eBay, you just need to log in and then go to the listing itself. There should be a Revise Item link toward the top in a blue box. If you need specific help with this, please contact ebay customer support.

To obtain the code which contains your image URL(s), follow these steps:

1. Click the Image Hosting tab.
2. Check the box next to the image(s) that you wish to select.
3. On the bottom of the page, click the "Attach" button.
4. Choose "Other Auction Site (generate HTML)", select New Auction, and click "Continue"
5. On the next page, copy and paste the entire block of HTML (which includes your image URL) into the description box of the auction listing form.

Regards,

Sonya
