Hello, is there a way to edit my vendio checkout? My customers have many questions and can't always figure it out. I would like to edit some instructions but I can only see where the customer enters their information. I would like to see the payment instructions so that i can edit them. Thanks.

You can preview, view and edit your checkout screens using the exact same procedures that you've been using to preview and edit WBNs and WBN Responses.
Within Post Sale Management:
- Click on "Preview WBN" to preview both the WBN email and the checkout information that will be presented to customers.
- Click on "Edit WBN" to edit both the WBN email and your checkout information.
- Click on "View Checkout" to view the customers selections in a completed checkout.
- Click on "Edit Checkout" to edit any information that was provided by the customer during the checkout

Thanks. I see how to edit the customers checkout but I would like to be able to see the instructions after they fill in their info and be able to see what instructions are given when they select their payment method.

Hi there,
You can actually go through the buyer checkout, if you have a closed listing with a buyer. To do this, click the number keys next to the item, uncheck all steps in post-sale (but remember what steps were checked off) and click the "edit buyer" button. Use the "Change current buyer's email address" option to enter your own email address. After you do this, send the WBN to yourself, and you will be able to go through checkout from the link in the WBN.

Thanks again. I still don't see a way to edit my checkout instructions for all buyers in the future. I would like to give instructions for paying via credit card but I don't see anywhere in my account where I can actually edit the instructions that the customer sees.
If you go to My Account > Post Sale Mgt. Options, you can edit what the buyer sees in the Checkout Process Welcome Message. All the other defaults can be edited here as well.
