Hello Beth,
If you uncombine these, you can then do a search for combineable items and combine them all into one big order. To uncombine an order, click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order".

The two orders by the same customer with the same email WILL NOT COMBINED!!!!
CAN YOU PLEASE COMBINE.

PS: I don't have a clue what your message was about. The order WILL NOT COMBINE despite my best efforts to hit "Combine" several times. While these instructions are enlightening, they are completely irrelevant.
