Since we are moving to a cheaper fee plan we do not want stores and the fee associated with it anymore. How do we remove that from our monthly bill?

Hello,

You may cancel the store plan using this link:

https://secure.vendio.com/my/acct/pmt_plan.html?select_sf=1&close_store=1

You may also find this link under My Account -> My Payment Plans -> Stores (See Other Plans). The link will be near the bottom of the page. This will discontinue the Store and stop any further fees from accumulating on your account.
