I use a webtv and I would like to thank you for making the category section easy to use. Yesterday I had no problem listing one auction, but when doing the next auction the cursor "froze" in the description box and would not move. The same thing happened when I attempted to attach two images. Nothing. Yet, I had no problem with anything else. I am having the same problem this morning. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hello,

The problem you have described appears to be related to the WebTV platform, which Vendio does not support. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a fix for this. You may be able to work around it by listing your auctions directly on eBay, and using our system to host your images. Once your auction has been launched and is active, simply select 'existing auction' rather than 'new auction' from the drop-down menu in image hosting. The images will be automatically attached to your auction under the description.

Here is a link to the FAQ on webtv.com that outlines what you can expect from WebTV vs. a computer/browser:

Sonya,

I have been a member of AucionWatch/Vendio for some time. I take exception to you pointing out the differences to me (your referral site) between the webtv and a computer as if I were stupid. I CHOOSE to use webtv and did not use Vendio for quite a while because you do not support webtv. Recently it appeared you did. There are other sites who do support webtv and I will go there. In your post you said once an auction was active, "simply select 'existing auction' rather than 'new auction' from the drop-down menu in image hosting". I could not find "existing or new auction" on the image hosting page.

Hello,

It is actually to the right of the drop down, I apologize -- I should have pointed that out better. Regarding WebTV, we cannot guarantee consistent service for WebTV customers since it does not support many of the functions that regular web browsers now do. They tend to clear themselves up within a few days or so, however I cannot guarantee that will happen every time.

Regards,

Sonya
