Webtv or MSNtv Buyers and Sellers can not access Vendio at all, including the Home Page. Therefore a Buyer that wants to use Checkout for a purchase, or a Seller that wants to use Control Panel, Image Hosting, or even report the problem can't! Yesterday, I could get to My Account, this board, and the Home Page, but not the Sales Manager or Control Panel. Today have to use a friend's computer to post this message. I have 2 accounts and over 1200 pictures stored with you that I can't get to, and would appreciate any and all help. I have been a member since 1999, used a lot of work arounds, and know all about the support issue. This not only hurts us sellers, but stops a Webtv buyer from paying for their purchases. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or help!

Is it a possible work around to have the user try the Ebay checkout? Since we don't support WebTV I don't know what else can be done with the checkout process besides finding an alternative.
What problems was the WebTV buyer having (when using our checkout)?
