I keep receiving error messages when I try to start UPI disputes through Vendio. It doesn't seem to matter if I choose "mutual agreement" or not, they error out with both choices. Here is an item number:
You can click on Error to see why the disputes failed to start. For instance, the error message for item #3685227696 is "The auction for the item supplied has to be ended not more than 45 days ago."
Please note that you can start UPI disputes 7 days after the item closed, but not later than 45 days.
