Is it possible to have different templates that have completely diferent terms and conditions, etc. that are not picked up by the global preferences. An example would be that one template has terms and conditions and the other one does not.
The Custom Listing Text boxes are global -- unfortunately they cannot be specified to certain templates. I will log a suggestion on your behalf for this feature to be made an option in the future.
What we recommend as an alternative is to set up inventory profiles, and put in the specific text in the item description box. You can put it in italic or bold text, to make it stand out. Unfortunately the text will appear at the bottom of your description instead of the separate area like the custom listing text does. When you set up your inventory profile, you can apply it to new listings you create, on the same page as where you select the category for your auctions.

Actually this is a good idea...I need this for my listings too. It would be great if we could save separate text for each template!
