I had a non paying bidder on an item which ended 5/24. I filed for a Final Value Fee with Ebay. I understand that if I relist the item & it sells then I will get the listing fee refunded. How do I do that with Vendio? I can't even find that auction.

Hello,

If the item is still available on eBay and hasn't yet been purged, you can go to Track Other Listings in Sales Manager and track it into your Vendio account. If it's not available, you will have to create it again from scratch and launch it to eBay.
