There seems to be a glitch in importing Paypal payments into Vendio's system. The import works okay in that it does import the full payment into Vendio. However, for some reason, when I print out Vendio's packing slips, it's showing that a credit is due to the customer for the shipping amount. Here's an example: Item amount is $3.00. Shipping is $1.00. Customer pays $4.00 through Paypal. Payment is imported correctly in the amount of $4.00 and credit is given. HOWEVER, WHEN THE PACKING SLIP IS PRINTED IT SAYS BALANCE DUE: -1.00 (the amount of the shipping). It's showing that the customer is overpaying, when in fact, she has paid the correct amount and Vendio's system isn't crediting it correctly. Please help.

Hi Diane,
If a customer goes directly through PayPal and pays for the item plus shipping, it will apply to the post sale for the item yet have a balance due. This is because the customer didn't use Vendio Checkout, nor go through eBay Checkout Redirect. You will have to go to the item in checkout, uncheck step 2 if it is checked, edit it and choose the shipping option and then save. If you have any questions or problems with this please let me know the item number in question so that I can take a look.
