I just loaded 9 auctions... They were fine until a few minutes ago. Now all my fonts are screwed up AGAIN. Is this an eBay glitch?? They're itty-bitty and not terribly visible with the background I'm using.

Hey Deb,

I haven't heard of many reports about this. Were these relisted items? Did they have the problem once before?

Hmmmm... These are new auctions, not relists, but I copied old auctions to list. Could that be my trouble??

Deb, that definitely could be the problem. If the fonts in your listings appear altered, please try clearing your browser cache, and refresh the page (you might need to refresh a couple of times.) If the problem persists, please provide us with some example listing numbers so that we can take a look.

Best Regards,

Hi Darin ~

I did everything you said... Didn't work for me. Here's one of my auctions. I use mostly Comic Sans MS as a font. I'm seeing only one line of that particular font ~

Please let me know how you see it.

Deb-
I took the item number you gave me and copied it to MS Word. I then used the font functionality in that tool to tell me what different fonts were used in your listing. The entire listing is in Comic Sans MS (except your title which is in a heading format).
Did you try clearing your browser cache? Try doing this or doing it again, then rebooting your computer. When it comes up again, clear your history (in the browser) to help eliminate the chance that you're seeing old data through the browser.

Best Regards,

DarinCS

Hi Darrin ~

I've done all of that multiple times. When you view the auction how do you see it? No matter how many times I've cleared my cache and deleted my history, it's still all screwed up...

Deb
