I AM POSTING THE WAY I ALWAYS HAVE BUT MY PREVIEW IMAGES HAVE DISSAPEARED. HOW OR WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THEM BACK?

It looks like you've revised the items? What were you trying to revise? It's possible that this has screwed up your "select first image in listing" setting for the Preview picture.

Hi, Where have all the pictures gone. I am trying to do listing and I have none in my Image hosting and none showing up on my auctions, that are going off now. This is not helping the prices. Help!

BOB CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHEN I GO INTO E BAY SELLER SEARCH MY PICTURES AREN,T SHOWING UP ON THE LEFT SIDE LIKE THEY USED TO. IF I PAY TO HAVE THEM PUT ON THE GALLERY THEY SHOW UP. I HAVE 4 AUCTIONS ON NOW. 2 SHOWS UP BECAUSE I PUT THEM ON THE GALLERY. I SEE A LOT OF AUCTIONS ON E BAY SELLER SEARCH AND THE PICS ARE SHOWING UP AND I,M SURE THE SELLERS DIDN,T PAY TO PUT THEM ALL IN THE GALLERY. WHAT HAPPENED? JBIDKIN

I am having the same problem! My Gallery photo is the same image in Vendio that is in my listing. The listing photo (under the description) shows up and the gallery photo to potential buyers shows up but when you open my listing the gallery photo does not show up. Ebay says it is a problem with Vendio. How can the same image work in one area but not another one?
To OhMsLucy - where do you find what you described in an active listing?
The picture you put in Gallery isn't necessarily the same as the one at top left. Vendio can explain the difference and, I'm sure, help you figure out why the one at the top left isn't showing.
Specialstuff -- I checked your listings and the photo preview is showing up in your listings. If you still cannot see this, please clear your browser cache and refresh the page. If that does not work please let me know.
Jbidkin -- you may set your Photo Preview preferences in My Account > eBay Site Specifics. Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see the settings for this feature. I checked your auctions and your photo previews are showing up on your listings as well, so you may want to do the same thing I recommended above (clear cache, refresh page).
Richer101 -- I am assuming you are also referring to Photo Preview, because when I checked your listing I can see the gallery image is showing up in a search yet the photo preview image is broken. Like OhMsLucy, I viewed the properties of that broken image, you actually have the wrong URL inserted. Did you edit this after it launched to insert the image? This is the URL you should be using:
If you edit your auction you should be able to replace the wrong URL with this correct one. The Photo Preview is a free service that eBay offers -- allowing customers to see a preview image of what you are selling right when clicking on the listing, without actually having to scroll down. The eBay Gallery is a paid extra feature, at 25 cents for just the gallery image (there are other options that are more expensive).
