I use Sales Manager. Is there any way that recent auctions concluded when ebay suspended my account can be resurrected through Vendio? Thanks.

If the auctions or similar auctions (with different item numbers, maybe from a relist or second chance offer) are not on Ebay, then they can not be imported into Vendio.

Lucy, the auctions still show under Closed, but if I click on any of them, they just bring up the error page from ebay indicating that "this auction is no longer in ebay's database."
I think this means the situation is doomed . . . I was just hoping someone could tell me otherwise.
Thanks to both Lucy and Vendio for responding . . .
depends on what you mean by 'resurrected'. If you mean 'use the data therein to launch new listings' then all you have to do is go to closed sectio, select them and click on Relist. You may edit the information before launching.

Hi Miles,
Good, they're in your Vendio closed list.
Clicking on the auction itself won't work because that accesses eBay. You need to get to the Vendio listing.
To do this, select the auction by marking the little box on the left. Then go to the top of the list and select relist. All the way over on the right is a link to edit. You might need to scroll to see it. Click on edit and your auction will come up.
Click save at the bottom of the page. The auction will then be in your pending list. You can launch from there. They won't be a "relist" but at least you won't have to start from scratch.
I just did this with an auction that closed a year ago and it worked.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, to both Mr. or Ms. Vendio, and to Ms. Lucy.
When I tried it before, I WAS accessing the ebay page where my listing had been axed. So of course I was unable to relist from there. But by editing the original Vendio listing, I AM able to recall the listing with its description and photos. Don't qualify for a relist credit, but then again, I also don't qualify for the insane asylum -- which I would if I had to retype everything!!!!!
Learning this trick is the best thing that has happened to me all month.
