I use Sellathon's ViewTracker, which requires a code be placed in the auction description. The code I have in there now isn't current so I need to put in the new code.
Can you help me figure out where to put it? It's obviously somewhere in my listings now, they are tracking in ViewTracker.
I've looked all over the place in My Account and I'm not finding the VT code anyplace.
Hopefully you can look a bit deeper and help me out. All I need to do is replace what's there now with the new code.

I'm not totally familiar with the Sellathon code and I'm not even sure it's integrated with our system. But this code isn't a preference or setting that's done on our side of things. So, I'd guess that you'd have to edit the auctions that are live and add the current code. If you can provide a little bit more about the code and how it's used, I might be able to answer your question more directly.

Thanks for replying. The ViewTracker code is in my auctions someplace, somehow. What I need to do is update it.
Is there some way you can take a look and find out where it is? I know I put it someplace in Vendio a while back, probably in My Account but I can't find it now.

I use the ViewTracker. Give me a listing link, and I think I can find it for you. Just a word of advice... when you add in codes like this it's a good idea to put comment lines before and after it, so it's easier to spot when you need to change it.

Sorry, but the only thing I use Vendio for is the Gallery. I write my listings in CSS, using FrontPage, and use TurboLister to post listings.

Hello Lucy,
I checked your account, and the code for your View Tracker is in your Default Text Box. You may edit this in My Account > Custom Listing Text. It is right after all your PayPal codes -- you've got a space between them so you can find it easily.
