Item 5100493784 will not show up in my closed auctions, even after "tracking"

This item isn't closed. It's still active at Ebay. It's in your active section on the second page.

Hello,

eBay Store items and Fixed Price items can take a little longer than normal to move down into Closed Listings. What you can do in this type of situation is locate the item in active, select it, and click the Refresh icon. I have done this for you -- if you go to Post Sale you can do a search for that item and they will all come up for you.
