I've been trying to manage my sales this morning and every page loads so------------slowly. Will this get better. I hope so, because I don't have this kind of time to waste. This wasn't happening before the "new look" came along. Any encouragement--Pam

Hi there,
Because the site redesign was launched today, you may see some initial slowness as your browser loads the new images associated with the redesign for the first time. But after your browser caches the images, speed should be at least the same as before if not faster.
Can you tell me if you are using AOL? That may be a factor. Other than that, we are monitoring the system to see if there are other causes.

No, Chuck, I don't use AOL. My system is on cable modem through cox.net at 4 mbps. I use Enternet Explorer. Thanks for answering, I hope the problem will clear up with cacheing as you have said.--Pam

We believe that we have located the root cause of this problem and resolved the issue at about 2:30 pm Pacific. If you continue to have trouble with site slowness, viewing your images or Vendio Gallery, please contact us again.

It IS NOT fixed at all. Still sucks!! I had the problem with the beta version as well!!
Here is a novel idea, Put the old system back in place to you fix this problem with the speed. We pay good money for this service!! Auctioinworks is really starting to look good right now!!!
