Sometimes when something is not broke and works great it's best not to fix it!!
The new look may have some better features but don't think it will be worth the long wait to load.(I have DSL) Even logging on takes a lot longer. Will this new look be able to load as fast as the old when fully finished?

Hi there,
Because the site redesign was launched today, you may see some initial slowness as your browser loads the new images associated with the redesign for the first time. But after your browser caches the images, speed should be at least the same as before if not faster.
We are monitoring the system, but we believe that the problem should resolve for you relatively quickly.
Thanks,
Diana

I had this same complaint unanswered earlier. I have a cable modem & it is REALLY slow. I can load 10 pages that are not cached in the same amount of time it takes to load the post sale summary. Please fit it ASAP

VERY slow here too and I also am on a cable modem. It is slowing down the whole computer. I used to be able to flip around to different browsers while Vendio pages were loading now I cannot it freeze the computer while the pages are loading.
I agree... if it ain't broke, why fix it.

Here is a thought.. Why doesn't VENDIO go back to the old system until they get the new look running faster. It is unworkable as is, TOOOOO SLOW!

cococgld, what version of AOL are you using? Are you using AOL's built-in browser? Do you see any differences when using Internet Explorer?
You might try clearing your cache (seems to help a lot of AOL users).
Did you experience the same slowness on the beta version of the site in the past week or so?

Hi everyone,
The site was indeed slow this morning, but the issue has been resolved, and the site is back to normal. Now you should be able to see at least the same if not faster performance from the site redesign.
Regards,
Chuck

It might be working on your T1 line. I have even tried dumping my cache. It is still very slow. I know you will figure it out but please hurry because it is not fixed yet!! I am going to hold off posting till it is fixed. It took 10 times as long to mark off my paid & shipped items today.

It is even slow when the page has been loaded for several minutes. I was working on a different window, when I clicked on the toolbar to yours it took around 15 seconds before it even showed a loaded page. I had around 5 windows open. I tried them & boom it was there, went back to junkio again & still slow. Don't try & snow ball us & say it is fine when it is far from fine. BTY every thing works fine when I am under the community side of your site. Is that helps

It IS NOT fixed at all. Still sucks!! I had the problem with the beta version as well!!
Here is a novel idea, Put the old system back in place to you fix this problem with the speed. We pay good money for this service!! Auctioinworks is really starting to look good right now!!!
