Hello. I used to be able to see how long an uploaded individual/several pic(s) would take to view and now with the new page, it's gone! How do I get it back? I normally add several pics to a listing, but now I can't tell how long it's going to take for my pics to be viewed from one auction listing??? Please help...thanks.

Hello mnk,
Image download time really depends on the speed of your buyer's connection (among many other factors), so the download time was really just a *very* rough estimate. A better guideline is to just keep your images under about 50 kb, and limit the number of images attached to a listing to under 6. Using these guidelines, most users will not have a problem viewing your listings.

Diana, thank you so much for your reply! I understand NOW and can't believe I forgot that everyone has different computers and speeds. Gosh, do I feel stupid! I was just used to seeing the download times (for my computer) and wasn't thinking about others and their speeds. I sure do appreciate you, Kim.
